Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using All-in (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
Description of Service
All-in is a workforce management application that allows managers to create teams, schedule shifts, and assign work to team members. Personal users can view their schedules, update their status, and communicate with their managers.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.
User Roles and Responsibilities
Managers
Are responsible for the accuracy of team and assignment information they create.
Must use invite codes responsibly and only share them with intended team members.
Are responsible for selecting and maintaining an appropriate subscription plan.
Personal Users
May only join organizations they are authorized to join.
Must provide accurate status updates regarding their work availability.
Subscription Plans and Payments
Free Trial: New manager accounts may be eligible for a 15-day free trial of Pro features.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Plan Changes: You may change your plan at any time, subject to a 30-day waiting period between plan changes.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Acceptable Use. You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload malicious code or content
Impersonate any person or entity
Share your account credentials with others
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by All-in and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.
Service Reliability & Support Commitment
While All-in is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, we are fully invested in your success. We understand that your business relies on our tools, and although we cannot guarantee that the Service will be 100% free of interruptions or technical errors, we make this pledge to you:

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
